I’m currently employed in the public sector as a Design Lead at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). In this role, I work on an interdisciplinary team where we co-create innovative solutions to complex problems with the goal of improving services to Canadians. In addition to that, I was responsible for creating the branding for our program and continue to create all the graphic design materials.
I completed a Bachelor of Industrial Design with a Minor in Business at Carleton University with High Distinction. I have experience in product design, service design, UX design, graphic design, design research, policy work and digital marketing.
My design, business, and public sector skills allow me to think critically and strategically about the world around me in a unique way.
I have an immaculate attention to detail and am fluent in several software programs such as 3D CAD programs (e.g. SolidWorks), Adobe Creative Cloud, Procreate, Figma, etc., and can easily learn others as required.
I am a loyal, empathetic, adaptable, hard-working individual who is always eager to take initiative and try new things. I have the ability to think laterally to solve problems and communicate my ideas clearly through sketching, prototyping and 3D modelling. I am bilingual in English and French and can also play piano, guitar and sing if any of that suits your fancy!
